SocialPhone 2.0 can't connect to Facebook Some users are experiencing a problem when trying to connect to Facebook from the new 2.0 version. An update (version 2.0.1) has been submitted to the App Store and should be available soon. There is a work around for the problem: 1. Remove the Facebook app from the device 2. Connect to Facebook from SocialPhone 3. Install the Facebook app again I can't locate SocialPhone in the App Store SocialPhone is only supported by devices (iPhone and iPod Touch) running iOS 4 or later. Updating the operating system on device through iTunes should solve the problem. The app isn't responding Try closing the application from the the app switching menu if your device supports multitasking. This is done by double tapping the home button on your device so the app switching menu is releaved in the bottom of the screen. Locate the application you wish to close and hold your finger over the icon for a few seconds. The icons will start shaking and a red "-" symbol will be displayed at the top of each icon. Tapping the "-" symbol will close the application. You can also try turning you device off and then on again. If none of the above solutions work, then uninstall the application and download it again from the App Store. Remember to use the same iTunes account as used for buying the application so you don't get charged for downloading it again. My Facebook feed is empty in SocialPhone Make sure that you approve the permission dialog that is presented after connecting to Facebook from SocialPhone for the first time. If the permission dialog wasn't presented or you didn't approve it then remove your Facebook account from SocialPhone and add it again. This is done by navigating to the social feed list and tapping the "edit" button in the upper left corner. Tap the red "-" symbol next to the Facebook logo and then the "delete" button that appears to remove it. You can now add your Facebook account again by tapping "Add account".
